Ellicott Town Supervisor Accused Of Exposing Himself To Children

CELORON – The Town of Ellicott Supervisor is accused of exposing himself to children.

New York State Police Captain Eric Balon tells WNY News Now his agency investigated a complaint against 72-year-old Patrick McLaughlin.

The Celoron resident, and longtime town supervisor, is accused of exposing himself to children.











Balon tells us that the alleged crimes happened on more than one occasion.

McLaughlin is charged with one count of public lewdness, one count of public lewdness in the first degree, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is schedule to appear in court at a  later date.

Due to the sensitivity of the case, State Police were not able to release more information on the allegations.
