MAYVILLE – A 42-year-old man was sentenced this week in connection with an attempted robbery in Chautauqua County.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason Meredith following the alleged crime in April 2019.
After prosecution by DA Jason Schmidt’s office, Meredith was sentenced to 1 ½ to three years in state prison after he plead guilty to third degree attempted robbery, a class E felony.
The DA’s Office did not release additional details in the case.
