SILVER CREEK – A 39-year-old Silver Creek man is accused of sexually abusing a juvenile.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division began investigating the reported crime in early February.
It is alleged that Joseph Budnack had “subjected a juvenile victim to unwanted sexual contact between 2016 and 2017.”
Budnack was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and arraigned at Chautauqua County Court on Thursday.
Deputies say was later released on his own recognizance.
