Proposed Bill Would Give NY Residents With A Registered Vehicle $250

ALBANY, NY (Erie News Now) – A New York state Senator proposed a bill that would give all current New York residents with a registered a vehicle a $250 check to help defray the rising cost of gasoline.

The money would go through the New York state’s Energy Research and Development Authority.











The proposal comes with New York’s next state budget due on Friday.

No word on the chances of the proposal getting approved in time.
