ERIE, Pa. (Erie News Now) – Fish-enthusiasts and families got a chance to learn more about fish with the S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie annual Hatchery open house.
People who stopped by the fish hatchery at the foot of Chestnut Street in Erie, Pa. on Sunday afternoon could learn all about the process of raising perch, walleye and brown trout.
Children could even check out the eggs for themselves.
There was also a few games children could play with a chance to win a fishing pole.
