Falconer Man Accused Of Sending Explicit Video To Juvenile

FALCONER – A 25-year-old Falconer man is accused of sending an explicit video to a juvenile.

Town of Ellicott Police responded to a Falconer address to investigate the alleged crime last week.











Following an investigation, it is alleged Kevin Tapia sent an explicit video to multiple individuals, including a juvenile.

Tapia was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful dissemination or publication of a intimate image.

He was later released with an appearance ticket for Town of Ellicott Court.
