Presque Isle Sees Nearly 90K Visitors Over Memorial Day Weekend

ERIE, Pa. (Erie News Now) – Nearly 90,000 people visited Presque Isle State Park over Memorial Day weekend, according to estimates released by park officials.

Memorial Day saw the most visitors with just over 38,000.

Attendance on Sunday and Monday exceeded 30,000 each day.











Here’s a look at the numbers:

  • Saturday, May 28th: 18,963
  • Sunday, May 29th: 32,683
  • Monday, May 30th: 38,147
  • Total visitors: 89,793
