Frewsburg Man Hurt In Overnight Motorcyle Crash

CARROLL – A 22-year-old Frewsburg resident was injured during a motorcycle crash overnight. 

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reports the crash happened on Frew Run Road around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. 

Deputies say that Robert Lingenfelter was riding his motorcycle east when he struck an animal cross the roadway. 


Lingenfelter subsequently lost control of his ride and was ejected from the bike. 

He was taken to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital via Frewsburg Fire Ambulance for treatment of minor injures.
