FALCONER – A 23-year-old Clymer resident is accused of stealing over $60,000 from a Falconer area business.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Ellicott Police Department worked together to investigate the fraud complaint, which was first reported in early March.

Following the lengthy probe, investigators accused Nathan Massing of taking the funds which deputies said he was “not entitled to.”

A warrant was issued for Massing’s arrest by the Town of Ellicott Court, with Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies arresting Massing on Monday.
