CLEVELAND, OH (Erie News Now) – Cleveland Browns All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett has been involved in a single car accident. The news was confirmed by the Browns on Monday.

Reports detail that Garrett and a female passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries as result of a car crash shortly after a practice session in Medina County earlier Monday.

Garrett was on the right side of the road when he lost control, and his vehicle then was overturned. Both people were wearing their seatbelts.

Garrett was transported to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center, while the female passenger was transported to Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital.

Police do not suspect any impairment in the crash.
