Jamestown Man Accused Of Burglarizing An East Side Residence 

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) — A Jamestown man is accused of burglarizing an east side residence and allegedly threatening a woman and her child with a knife. 

Eric VanGiesen is accused of breaking into the house through a window and menacing a female victim with a knife not allowing her to leave while she was holding her child.  

The 37-year-old suspect was taken into custody at a nearby residence and charged with burglary, menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful imprisonment.
