WESTFIELD, NY (WNY News Now) — Investigators are looking into what sparked a barn fire in the Town of Westfield on Monday night.
Around 9 p.m. the Westfield Fire Department, along with several area crews for mutual assistance, were called to 7565 Bliss Road.

When tanker trucks arrived on scene, they were met by a fully involved barn fire.
Three adjacent structures were also threatened by flames. Thanks to the quick work of firefighters, the nearby house and two other large barns were spared from fire.

The Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team is now looking into the fire’s cause and origin. As of Tuesday morning, an investigation continues.
