SALAMANCA, NY (WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man is behind bars after an August 2022 incident that led to a 23-year-old dying from dangerous drugs.
On Wednesday, officers with the Cattaraugus Sheriff’s Department executed a felony arrest warrant on Broad Street Extension in the City of Salamanca.
Officers were able to locate and arrest 24-year-old Kyle Stilson at the residence.
The warrant stemmed from an incident in August of 2022 where Stilson allegedly sold a dangerous drug to a 23-year-old female, resulting in her death.
After investigation, officers were able to get a warrant for Stilson’s arrest.
He was taken into custody and arraigned in the City of Olean Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
