MAYVILLE, NY (WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man tied to two fatal car crashes less than a year apart in Chautauqua County pleaded guilty Friday.

Randall Rolison pleaded guilty to Manslaughter in the Second Degree in the Jamestown vehicular accident that claimed the life of 15-year-old Alexis “Lexi” Hughan.

He also pleaded guilty to an Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, resulting in the death of 71-year-old South Dayton resident Linda Kraemer.

Roilson is expected to be sentenced on August 28th, where he will receive the maximum verdict for each charge.

He faces up to 15 years on the manslaughter charge, and up to 25 on the vehicular homicide charge. The two will run consecutively, resulting in up to 40 years in prison.

As part of the pleas, Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt agreed to drop a previous weapons possession charge against Rolison.
