DUNKIRK, NY (WNY News Now) – A Dunkirk woman was arrested after bringing marijuana into a state prison last week.

A Dunkirk woman visiting the Attica Correctional Facility was apprehended for carrying marijuana with her last Thursday.

Warsaw State Troopers and the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision arrested Cheyanne Doner for Promoting Prison Contraband in the second degree.

The 24-year-old was taken to the Warsaw State Prison for processing and is due in the Attica town court at a later date.
