ASHVILLE, NY (WNY News Now) – A Celeron resident was involved in a dangerous vehicle altercation last Friday evening. 

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a vehicle related call on Waltonian Road, in Ashville at around 6 p.m. on June 23.

Upon further investigation, officers determine that 33-year-old Nicholas Reeves intentionally hit another person with a motor vehicle.

Reeves was then charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree and is due in the Harmony Town Court at a later date.

It is unclear whether anyone was injured during the dispute.
