RANDOLPH, NY (WNY News Now) – A tractor trailer v.s. ATV accident led to two injured juveniles early Wednesday morning.
At around 6:20 a.m. Wednesday morning deputies with the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s office responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of Coldspring and Archer Hill Road in the Town of Randolph.
Upon investigation deputies believe that the accident occurred when the tractor trailer went to pass the side by side while it was making a left turn.
The two juvenile occupants of the all terrain vehicle were both taken to UPMC Chautauqua via ambulance.
The driver of the tractor trailer, identified as 25-year-old K. C. Chamberlin Jr of Jamestown, was issued uniform traffic tickets for the town of Randolph Court.
