The Jamestown Babe Ruth World Series Board of Directors has announced that the upcoming Babe Ruth World Series, taking place at Diethrick Park from August 12th to August 19th, will be open to the public for free. This decision comes as a result of the overwhelming local support received from businesses and organizations in the community.

The Board of Directors expressed their gratitude to the generous sponsors who have purchased “a day at the park,” making it possible to waive admission fees and allow spectators to enjoy the baseball tournament without any cost. The event organizers emphasized that the community’s continued support over the past 43 years has been instrumental in making such initiatives a reality.
