Middlebury, NY (WNY News Now) – A 25-year-old resident of Batavia, NY was apprehended by Troopers from SP Warsaw on August 4, 2023, on charges of petit larceny and third-degree identity theft.
Zachary T. Draper 25 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on August 4, 2023 by New York State Troopers on charges of petit larceny and third-degree identity theft.
An investigation revealed that Zachary T. Draper had engaged in unauthorized transactions using a bank account not belonging to him. Evidence pointing to Draper’s involvement was found in transaction records retrieved from his cell phone.
Draper was taken into custody and transported to the SP Warsaw facility for processing. Draper was granted release with an appearance ticket. He is expected to appear before the town of Middlebury court on October 16, 2023.
