Waterford Township, PA (WNY News Now) – A Waterford teenager is missing after running away from foster home on Saturday August 12, 2023.
PA law enforcement is actively searching for Kiara Lynn Brandt, a 16-year-old Caucasian female with distinctive features. Brandt stands at a height of 5′ 5″ and weighs approximately 120 lbs. She has brown eyes and matching brown hair. Brandt sports a tattoo on her hand spelling “PAIN,” along with multiple heart tattoos on her leg. Brandt also has both nostrils pierced and wears braces.
Authorities have reported that Brandt is often seen wearing black and white tie-dyed Crocs or white and black Nike shoes. She has been spotted wearing ripped skinny jeans and an unidentified colored jacket.
Local residents and those with any information regarding Kiara Lynn Brandt’s whereabouts are urged to contact the local authorities immediately.
