(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a late-night single vehicle accident on Rt 430 in the Town of Chautauqua on 8/19/23.
Chautauqua – Sheriff’s Officers arrived at an accident which occurred around 11:25 pm on Rt 430 in the Town of Chautauqua. Bradley T. Farrar, 22, of Westfield was identified as the vehicle operator. Farrar was found to be Driving While Intoxicated upon investigation.
Farrar faces charges of DWI, DWI per se, and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. After arrest, he was released with appearance tickets in Town of Chautauqua Court.
