(WNY News Now) – A 32-year old man was apprehended by New York State Troopers on August 19, 2023, for Criminal Contempt 2nd following a domestic dispute incident.
Sheldon, NY – Responding to a call regarding a domestic dispute on Bambi Road, Sheldon, State Troopers found that Brett E. Coon, 32, of Alden, NY, against whom the victim held an order of protection, was involved.
Investigations confirmed the violation, leading to his arrest and processing at State Police barracks in Warsaw. He is being charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
Coon faced arraignment at Wethersfield, subsequently being remanded to Wyoming County Jail.
