(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man was apprehended by Jamestown City Police for unlawfully entering a condemned structure.

Jamestown – In an incident that unfolded on August 22, 2023, at 5:18 AM, officers from Jamestown City Police responded to a report at 2229 Washington St. A 26-year-old male, identified as Matthew W. Little, was found inside the derelict building.

Little was promptly taken into custody without resistance and transported to the city jail. He now faces charges of Criminal Trespass 3rd and has been released, pending an appearance ticket.
