Buffalo – Bilal C. Wright, 45, of Buffalo, has been sentenced to a 10-year prison term followed by 10 years of post-release supervision by Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan. Wright’s guilty plea encompassed four counts stemming from three indictments. His conviction comes after a series of violent incidents.
On March 8, 2022, Wright assaulted a counselor during an appointment, attacking with a computer monitor, punches, and a chair at a Buffalo human services center. He subsequently assaulted a female employee, subjecting her to sexual contact, before being restrained by colleagues.
