Altercation in Brocton Leads to Charges of Obstruction of Breathing

(WNY News Now) – A late-night altercation in the Village of Brocton on August 22nd resulted in one man facing charges including Criminal Mischief and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.

Brocton – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded promptly around 11:21 PM to a disturbance in the Village of Brocton. Subsequent investigation led to the apprehension of Russell C. Genevese Jr. on charges of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and two counts of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.

Genevese was taken into custody and transferred to the Chautauqua County Jail following processing at the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
