(WNY News Now) – District Attorney John J. Flynn has revealed the arraignment of a 17-year-old male from Buffalo, who faces charges including Robbery and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
Buffalo – The teen, along with accomplices, allegedly brandished a firearm, stealing a purse and cell phone from a victim on Mills Street. Another attempted robbery occurred at a bus stop on Genesee Street. The youth also faced accusations of possessing a stolen vehicle during these crimes. After evading police, he was arrested alongside a juvenile delinquent.
Due to the younger individual’s age, the County Attorney’s Office will handle their case in Family Court. Bail was set at $10,000, with further proceedings scheduled for August 29, 2023.
