(WNY News Now) – A fatal collision between a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer occurred yesterday evening in Cheektowaga, resulting in the death of the motorcycle rider.
Cheektowaga – On August 30, 2023, at around 8:00 p.m., the Cheektowaga Police Department (CPD) rushed to 3101 Broadway following a devastating motor vehicle accident. The incident involved a motorcycle traveling eastbound, which veered into the oncoming lane and collided with a westbound tractor-trailer.
The motorcyclist, Zachary Reimers, 30, from Cheektowaga, tragically lost his life at the scene. The tractor-trailer operator, identified as Mark Renshaw, 46, of Buffalo, remained unharmed. No charges have been pressed in connection with the accident.
