(WNY News Now) – A 22-year-old resident of Mayville, NY, was arrested in the early hours of September 3, 2023, on multiple charges related to driving while intoxicated in the Town of Ellery.
Ellery – On September 3, 2023, at approximately 1:27 am, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the Town of Ellery, New York, following an alleged traffic violation.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle’s operator, identified as Noah A. Webb, 22, from Mayville, NY, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Consequently, Webb was placed under arrest and charged with DWI (Driving While Intoxicated), DWI Per Se, Failure to Keep Right, Speeding in a Zone, and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.
Noah A. Webb was subsequently processed and released with tickets, requiring him to appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date to address these charges.
