(WNY News Now) – A man resembling the “Joker,” was apprehended at E Fairmount Ave and Fairdale Ave in Lakewood, New York, while displaying religious signs in the nude.
Lakewood – In a bizarre incident on September 3, 2023, at approximately 12:30 pm, Aaron A Chase was found stark naked, with his face painted to resemble the infamous “Joker” character, at the intersection of E Fairmount Ave and Fairdale Ave in the Village of Lakewood. Chase was clutching large signs bearing his name and religious messages.
Law enforcement took him into custody, resulting in charges of disorderly conduct and public lewdness. Following New York State guidelines, Chase was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Busti Court on a later date to face these charges.
