Panama – Late Sunday night, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies rushed to Goshen Rd in Panama, NY, following reports of a severe motor vehicle rollover. Upon their arrival, responders discovered a male victim pinned beneath the overturned vehicle. Despite immediate efforts, it was confirmed that the victim had succumbed to his injuries.
