Ellicott – Branden E. Schultz faces charges of second-degree harassment in the aftermath of an Ellicott Police Department probe. Allegations suggest Schultz threatened the victim with physical harm. Schultz has received an appearance ticket, summoning him to answer the charges in the Town of Ellicott court.
