(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies extradited a prisoner from Greene Correctional Facility in Coxsackie, NY, back to Cattaraugus County on multiple counts of drug-related charges.

Cattaraugus – Richard A. Wall, 52, of Portville is facing two counts each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. The extradition followed a Superior Court Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Ronald D. Ploetz, Cattaraugus County Court Judge.

Wall is currently being held at the Cattaraugus County Jail as he awaits arraignment in County Court.
