(WNY News Now) – A 42-year-old was apprehended by Ellicott Police on August 21, 2023 at 5:30 pm after violating an existing Order of Protection at a residence in the Town of Ellicott.
Ellicott – Ellicott Police responded to a call reporting a suspicious situation on August 21, 2023, at 5:30 PM. Upon arrival at the residence, officers witnessed Walter M. Westerdahl, 42, exiting the garage. Westerdahl was taken into custody as he was found to be in breach of a confirmed Order of Protection, prohibiting him from being on the property.
Following his arrest, Westerdahl was transported to the Ellicott Police Department for further processing.
