(WNY News Now) – On September 2, 2023, Randy Abel and Ashley Rockwood were arrested for shoplifting at the Walmart Supercenter on Plaza Drive, leading to their subsequent release with an appearance ticket.
Allegany – In an incident on September 2, 2023, Randy Abel and Ashley Rockwood were apprehended by local patrol officers at the Walmart Supercenter located at 1869 Plaza Drive, Allegany, N.Y. The duo was caught in the act of shoplifting, prompting their immediate arrest.
Both suspects were transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Sub Station in Olean for processing before being released with an appearance ticket. They are scheduled for arraignment in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date.
