
(WNY News Now) – On September 1, 2023, a Clarence man was apprehended by Troopers from State Police Boston for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) during a sobriety road check in Clarence.
Clarence – Troopers conducting a routine sobriety road check in Clarence, New York, apprehended 23-year-old Jack A. Shaver on September 1, 2023. Shaver displayed signs of impairment during the interview, leading Troopers to conclude he had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
He was subsequently transported to State Police Boston for processing. A chemical breath test revealed Shaver’s blood alcohol content (BAC) to be 0.13%. He was released with appearance tickets for the town of Elma court, where he will face charges related to DWI at a later date.
