(WNY News Now) – A 24-year-old Jamestown resident was apprehended by Jamestown Police on charges of Assault in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny following an incident at Eastside Liquor store located at 211 N. Main Street.

Jamestown – On September 9, 2023, around 7:30 pm, officers responded to a reported larceny at Eastside Liquor store. Upon arrival, they discovered that Aubreigh J. Howard, 24, had allegedly stolen a liquor bottle before returning to the scene and assaulting a worker, aged over 65, causing injury to their face.

Howard was promptly arrested and charged with Assault in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
