(WNY News Now) – A 42-year-old resident of Jamestown is facing felony DWI and felony DWI Per Se charges following an incident at the 7-Eleven on North Main Street.

Jamestown – On the evening of September 9, 2023, at 7:59 pm, the Jamestown Police Department responded to a call about a driver slumped over the wheel at the 7-Eleven on N Main St. Upon investigation, authorities alleged that Tiffany A. Haight, 42, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.

Haight was promptly taken into custody and is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. The charges against her include felony DWI and felony DWI Per Se.
