(WNY News Now) – On September 13, 2023, a 21-year-old was apprehended by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at State Police Amity on charges of first-degree Sex Abuse (a D Felony) and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Scio – Following a complaint received on September 9, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Amity initiated an investigation into allegations of multiple child sex abuses involving victims under the age of 10. The probe revealed that Carry D. Keyser, 21, had prolonged contact with these minors, resulting in their sexual abuse.
Upon briefing the Allegany County District Attorney’s Office, Keyser was arrested and processed at SP Amity. Subsequently, Keyser appeared before the Town of Scio Court and was issued a full Stay Away Order of Protection.
He is now held at the Allegany County Jail on $20,000 cash bail or a $40,000 security bond.
