(WNY News Now) – A trespass incident on East Rd in Sinclairville prompted a response from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office on September 10 at 1:00 pm. A 40-year-old male from Canton, Ohio, was found trespassing on the property.
Town of Charlotte – On the afternoon of September 10, 2023, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office swiftly responded to a report of trespassing on East Rd in Sinclairville, located in the Town of Charlotte. Upon arrival, law enforcement officers discovered that Jason C Koch, a 40-year-old male hailing from Canton, Ohio, was trespassing on the property.
In response to this violation, Jason C Koch was promptly removed from the premises and was issued an appearance ticket for his actions. He is now scheduled to appear in the Town of Charlotte Court at a later date to address the charges of trespassing.
