(WNY News Now) – A 23-year-old man has been arrested and charged with petite larceny following an incident in which he allegedly took property from someone else’s driveway without permission.
Ellicott -William R. Gardner, aged 23, finds himself facing legal trouble after an alleged act of petit larceny. Gardner’s arrest came about after he purportedly took property from a driveway without obtaining permission from the property owner.
