Randolph – Charles W. Riddell, a 36-year-old resident of Randolph, NY, found himself in custody on September 25th, 2023, after being apprehended by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was made in response to an active bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.
