(WNY News Now) – Salamanca, NY, was arrested on September 23, 2023, at approximately 8:32 AM, following an encounter with deputies in Salamanca. An active bench warrant issued by the Town of Napoli Court led to his arrest.
Salamanca – Samuell Kettle, a 28-year-old resident of Salamanca, NY, found himself in custody on September 23, 2023, at around 8:32 AM. Deputies apprehended him in Salamanca during an unrelated incident, which subsequently revealed an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Town of Napoli Court.
Following his arrest, Kettle was transported to the Town of Little Valley Court for arraignment. At the court appearance, he was released under supervision pending a future court date.
