
(WNY News Now) – A domestic dispute on 09/29/23 at approximately 08:48 am, at an Eastside address, culminated in the arrest of a 26-year-old Jamestown resident, on charges of Criminal Contempt 1st, Aggravated Family Offense, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
Jamestown – Officers from the First Platoon responded to an Eastside residence following reports of a domestic dispute involving a male and a female. Upon arrival, they identified Travis B. Estus, a 26-year-old Jamestown resident, as the suspect. An investigation revealed that Estus had allegedly been at the residence in violation of a valid stay-away order of protection against him, issued by a separate victim.
Travis B. Estus was taken into custody for violating the order of protection. During a subsequent search, officers discovered an 8mg/2mg Buprenorphine-Naloxone Sublingual Film in his possession, leading to additional charges. Estus was transported to the Jamestown City Jail without further incident and is currently held pending arraignment on charges of Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, Aggravated Family Offense, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
The case will be processed in Jamestown City Court.
