
(WNY News Now) – A 49-year-old male from North East, PA, was arrested in the Town of French Creek on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and aggravated DWI. The arrest followed a traffic stop by deputies of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office on 10/01/2023 at 7:18 PM.
French Creek – On the evening of October 1, 2023, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the Town of French Creek, where they encountered a Side by Side being operated on a public highway. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Jeromy G. Vogt, a 49-year-old male from North East, PA.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that Jeromy G. Vogt was driving while intoxicated (DWI) with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .18 or higher. In addition to the DWI charge, he was also cited for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Jeromy G. Vogt was subsequently arrested and given traffic tickets. He was later released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mina court.
