(WNY News Now) – On October 1, 2023, a 59-year-old resident of East Aurora, NY, was arrested by Troopers from SP Boston for driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Orchard Park – James A. Deperno Jr., 59, of East Aurora, NY, found himself in legal trouble on October 1, 2023, when Troopers pulled him over on Quaker Rd (RT-20A) in the town of Orchard Park for exceeding the speed limit. Subsequent to failing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), Deperno was taken into custody and transported to SP Boston for processing. His blood alcohol content (BAC) was recorded at .14%.
Deperno has been issued traffic tickets, and he is scheduled to appear in the town of Orchard Park court on October 17, 2023, to address the charges.
