Mobile Mammography Brings Breast Cancer Screenings


(WNY News Now) – Niagara County Legislator Irene Myers announces a forthcoming event at the Lewiston Senior Center on November 7, offering breast cancer screenings through Windsong Mobile Mammography.

Lewiston – Niagara County Legislator Irene Myers has revealed that Windsong Mobile Mammography will provide breast cancer screenings at the Lewiston Senior Center on Tuesday, November 7. Appointments are mandatory and must be scheduled with Windsong before the event.

Myers expressed satisfaction with the local community’s increasing participation in these screening events, highlighting the convenience of having mammograms available locally. She emphasized, “The mobile unit makes it as easy as possible for those of us who often procrastinate scheduling mammograms.”


The screening event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lewiston Senior Center, situated at 4361 Lower River Road in Lewiston. To book an appointment, individuals can contact Windsong at (716) 929-9494 or visit their website at Windsong Website.
