(WNY News Now) – On October 2, 2023, at 10:53 pm, a 28-year-old resident of Lockport, NY, was arrested by Troopers from Lockport for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and various vehicle and traffic violations.

Lockport – Troopers conducted the arrest after stopping Ferguson on South Transit Road in Lockport due to an alleged traffic infraction. During the interview, an odor of alcohol was detected, leading to her arrest after failing multiple Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). She was subsequently transported to SP Lockport for processing, where her blood alcohol content (BAC) was found to be 0.17%.

Ferguson has been issued traffic tickets that are returnable to the Lockport town court, with the court date set for later in October 2023.
