(WNY News Now) – On October 7th, 2023, a 49-year-old resident of Ashford, NY, was apprehended in Ellicottville, NY, on the grounds of a bench warrant issued by the New York State Police Machias.
Ellicottville – At approximately 7:55 PM on October 7th, 2023, James B. Simmons, 49, was arrested by local authorities on Route 219 in Ellicottville, NY. The arrest was made in response to an outstanding bench warrant issued by the New York State Police Machias. Mr. Simmons was promptly taken into custody and subsequently transported to the New York State Police Machias Barracks, where he was handed over to the custody of the New York State Police.
