(WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old woman Allegany woman was arrested on September 30, 2023, at approximately 3:45 PM, for Petit Larceny after being apprehended for shoplifting at a Walmart Supercenter.
Allegany, N.Y. – On the afternoon of September 30, 2023, Rachel L. Macneal, aged 41, was taken into custody by local law enforcement after being caught stealing items from the Walmart Supercenter on Plaza Dr. Macneal was subsequently transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Substation in Olean for arrest processing.
She was later released with an appearance ticket, scheduling her arraignment at a later date in the Town of Allegany Court.
