(WNY News Now) – A resident of Allegany has been sentenced to six months in the Cattaraugus County Jail, along with five years of probation.
Cattaraugus – Alan Maynard, a 46-year-old resident of Allegany, New York, has been handed a verdict of six months’ incarceration in the Cattaraugus County Jail, coupled with a five-year probationary period. This decision is in response to an incident that transpired around April 23, 2022, within the Town of Humphrey, where Maynard was found guilty of theft, with the stolen property exceeding a total value of $3,000.
